1. Verify and dispatch invoices to clients.
2. Conduct revenue control using Excel tracking sheets.
3. Perform balance sheet reconciliations with PMS.
4. Monitor complimentary offerings across sales points.
5. Track credit card payments and refunds.
6. Execute month-end closing tasks, including Club accounting and accommodation indicators verification.
7. Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and report to management.
8. Correct billing errors from other departments.
9. Participate in budgetary tasks.
10. Alert management to any anomalies or issues affecting safety or service quality.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
