1. Oversee and contribute to all accounting processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial statements.
2. Manage fiscal declarations and ensure their accuracy.
3. Maintain the general ledger and justify account balances.
4. Guarantee timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
5. Ensure the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
6. Monitor fixed assets and supervise payment preparation and accounts payable aging balance.
7. Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and monthly cash flow statements.
8. Participate in the preparation of tax declarations and fiscal reports.
9. Engage in audits with external auditors.
10. Enhance and optimize accounting information systems.
11. Stay abreast of evolving accounting techniques.
12. Oversee payroll account reconciliation and subcontractor management.
13. Lead the operational activities of the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
14. Ensure compliance with labor laws within the department.
15. Collaborate closely with the administrative and financial director and other hotel departments.
16. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or risk to management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
