- Oversee and contribute to all accounting processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial statements.
- Manage fiscal declarations and ensure their accuracy.
- Maintain the general ledger and justify account balances.
- Guarantee timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Ensure the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Monitor fixed assets and supervise payment preparation and accounts payable aging balance.
- Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and monthly cash flow statements.
- Participate in the preparation of tax declarations and fiscal reports.
- Engage in audits with external auditors.
- Enhance and optimize accounting information systems.
- Stay abreast of evolving accounting techniques.
- Oversee payroll account reconciliation and subcontractor management.
- Lead the operational activities of the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws within the department.
- Collaborate closely with the administrative and financial director and other hotel departments.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or risk to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector
- Strong interpersonal skills

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
