Chaumet Wholesale Sales Assistant Intern

- Manage and track a portfolio of partner accounts, handling daily client orders from entry to shipment.
- Guide requests towards available stock and propose suitable alternatives when products are unavailable.
- Provide communication, advice, and support on order progress to network partners and relay information to internal services.
- Conduct backorder portfolio operations to optimize merchandise availability and ensure revenue tracking.
- Coordinate with internal services such as after-sales, stock, and accounting.
- Develop and enhance tools and reports necessary for regional activity management.
- Perform reporting and analysis on sell-in and sell-out, contribute to business reviews.
- Monitor existing reports, including reorder, monthly billing, and returns tracking.
- Create new reports for custom order tracking, service analysis, and new product launches.
- Automate reports for improved reliability and responsiveness, optimizing existing files.
- Track report migrations and produce ad hoc reports with potential alerts.
- Collaborate on various company projects, including creating and distributing training tools with the training department.
- Participate in the company's showroom and events.
- Work with Area Managers to track in-store promotions.
- Minimum BAC+2/3 education level
