- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
- Follow all sales and operations processes and requirements according to company policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high levels of product and brand knowledge and customer service.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships between the brand and customers, including working closely with customers on after-service issues.
- Support events, activities, and changes in visual merchandising with the marketing team.
- Maintain optimal boutique conditions at all times, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail operations with a successful track record in jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry.
- Sales and result-oriented.
- Excellent customer servicing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-motivated, team player, and a positive thinker.
- High levels of integrity with good ethics and values.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry.
