1. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
2. Follow all sales and operations processes and requirements according to company policies.
3. Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high levels of product and brand knowledge and customer service.
4. Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships between the brand and customers, including working closely with customers on after-service issues.
5. Support events, activities, and changes in visual merchandising with the marketing team.
6. Maintain optimal boutique conditions at all times, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
7. Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

1. At least 2 years’ experience in retail operations with a successful track record in jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry.
2. Sales and result-oriented.
3. Excellent customer servicing skills.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Self-motivated, team player, and a positive thinker.
7. High levels of integrity with good ethics and values.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry.
