- Act as an ambassador for Chaumet, sharing the rich history and values of excellence and craftsmanship with clients.
- Deliver an authentic and warm Chaumet experience to clients, offering tailored selections based on client discovery.
- Achieve sales objectives to contribute to the boutique's commercial success.
- Actively develop the client database by creating, consulting, and updating client files.
- Cultivate client loyalty by engaging them for various events and activations organized by the Maison.
- Participate in the boutique's operations, including team meetings, challenges, events, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with security guidelines, cash procedures, and stock management rules.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and stock management in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage after-sales services in coordination with the International After-Sales Service.
- 3-4 years of experience in a commercial role within the luxury and jewelry sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- A deep appreciation for jewelry and the Chaumet brand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and empathy.
- Cultural sensitivity, storytelling abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a rare language is an advantage.
