1. Analyze sales performance and store KPIs.
2. Gather qualitative feedback from various markets.
3. Enhance existing PowerBI reports.
4. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of store action plans.
5. Coordinate local incentives.
6. Oversee the 'Mystery Shopping' campaign and identify operational priorities for each store.
7. Draft meeting minutes with regional teams.
8. Assist in the development and tracking of an animation schedule.
9. Propose ideas to engage the retail community.
10. Identify and share best practices across regions.
11. Support ongoing retail operations projects.
12. Assist in defining and implementing new in-store processes.
13. Aid in the creation of new retail procedures.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +5) or equivalent in business, engineering, political science, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
3. Interest in understanding diverse cultures and markets.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English.
