1. Collaborate with the Director and Learning team to design, produce, and update training materials, including digital and speed training activities.
2. Gather and create content tailored to field needs for product launches, store openings, and customer experience events, utilizing various formats such as in-person and digital.
3. Develop and implement in-store activities and challenges.
4. Create organizational and planning tools for training deployment.
5. Monitor and provide feedback on in-person training sessions.
6. Coordinate the Haute Joaillerie 2027 event.
7. Track and report on digital training sessions.
8. Maintain daily coordination with markets and local representatives.
9. Contribute to the international Learning community by sharing news, chronicles, and best practices.

1. Enrollment in a business school or university program with a focus on Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Communication, or Retail.

1. Business-oriented mindset with a preference for retail experience.
2. Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent writing skills.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Communication, or Retail.
