- Coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns within the Clienteling framework in close collaboration with international marketing and communication teams.
- Coordinate and monitor CRM communications and tools related to customer journeys.
- Support the manager in coordinating and monitoring clienteling training.
- Assist the manager in the monthly tracking and analysis of key customer indicators and marketing campaigns.
- University degree or business school education with experience in CRM, omnichannel, or operational marketing.
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, and highly meticulous.
- Ability to manage priorities in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Strong numerical aptitude and excellent analytical skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI is advantageous.
Beginner level experience in CRM, omnichannel, or operational marketing is required.
University degree or business school education.
