1. Coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns within the Clienteling framework in close collaboration with international marketing and communication teams.
2. Coordinate and monitor CRM communications and tools related to customer journeys.
3. Support the manager in coordinating and monitoring clienteling training.
4. Assist the manager in the monthly tracking and analysis of key customer indicators and marketing campaigns.

1. University degree or business school education with experience in CRM, omnichannel, or operational marketing.

1. Proactive, autonomous, organized, and highly meticulous.
2. Ability to manage priorities in a challenging and dynamic environment.
3. Strong numerical aptitude and excellent analytical skills.
4. Fluent in English with excellent Excel skills.
5. Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in CRM, omnichannel, or operational marketing is required.
