1. Support the Senior HR Manager in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
2. Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance and support.
3. Assist in talent management and recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
4. Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with Chaumet's values.
5. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
6. Assist in change management initiatives and the implementation of new systems.
7. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
8. Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and prepare reports.
9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including CSR and employer branding.

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion.
3. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred but not mandatory.

2. High Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

2-3 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to generalist activities.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
