- Drive the achievement of store performance objectives, consistently aiming to exceed collective and individual KPIs.
- Engage in sales and after-sales services, ensuring clients receive unparalleled service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, propose action plans, and report results.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience and service as a team leader on the sales floor.
- Facilitate customer engagement and support the team in delivering personalized service.
- Manage disputes in accordance with the company's commercial policy.
- Propose and implement client treatment strategies in collaboration with store management and headquarters.
- Coordinate clienteling actions and Haute Joaillerie events with the European CRM team.
- Develop tools to enhance high jewelry sales.
- Support the development of the team through integration, training, and guidance.
- Prepare and assist team members with daily briefings.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory, packaging, and supply replenishment.
- Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising in line with commercial objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage sales advisors and interns, setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing on-the-spot coaching.
- 5-8 years of experience in retail management.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to empathize and effectively support team development.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
