1. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
2. Adhere to sales and operations processes and requirements according to company policies.
3. Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating a high level of product and brand knowledge and customer service.
4. Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships between the brand and customers, including addressing after-service issues.
5. Support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes in collaboration with the marketing team.
6. Maintain optimal boutique conditions at all times, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
7. Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience with a successful track record in the luxury jewelry industry.
