Chaumet Executive Assistant & Office Manager

- Provide high‑level administrative support to the General Manager Middle East, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and acting as a professional gatekeeper.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end travel logistics for the General Manager (flights, accommodation, visas) and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute materials for board, executive and team meetings; follow up on action items.
- Manage the General Manager’s expense reporting and liaise with Finance for timely reconciliation and submissions.
- Oversee daily operations of the Dubai back‑office: facilities, supplies, vendor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, IT) and office budgeting.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with HR and ensure compliance with health, safety and security procedures.
- Lead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives for the Dubai office, organising events, team‑building and internal communications.
- Handle confidential information with the highest discretion and maintain organised filing systems for office records and executive documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management, with demonstrable office management responsibilities.
- Proven organisational and time‑management capabilities with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors.
- Impeccable discretion when handling sensitive executive and company information.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Passion for the luxury industry and an understanding of its standards and client expectations.
