Chaumet E-commerce and CRM Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the migration to the new Chaumet.com website, contributing to the launch elements such as e-commerce functionalities, transactional emails, and customer journeys. Participate in testing phases and post-launch monitoring to identify and rectify any issues.
2. Collaborate with the CRM campaign manager in designing CRM communications, including newsletters and automated journeys, and deploying campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Ensure optimal parcel tracking and delivery experience by working closely with delivery partners, the warehouse, and customer service to manage orders, returns, and refunds.
4. Manage product presentation on the website (e-merchandising) and optimize search result relevance (searchandising) using Algolia to enhance product discovery.

1. Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Ideally, prior internship or work-study experience in E-commerce, CRM, or digital project management.

4. Enthusiastic, curious, and adaptable with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English.
