1. Enhance reporting tools for continuous improvement.
2. Maintain historical records of key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Monitor firm customer orders.
4. Track market results and KPIs, specifically for Japan and the Middle East, and act as the key contact for one of these regions.
5. Work on the existing distribution tool in Anaplan and its development.
6. Co-lead ongoing and future distribution team projects.
7. Support various head office departments, including providing items for photo shoots and personal purchases.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/+5: engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree.

1. Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset.
2. Proficiency in Excel and comfort with numerical data.
3. Experience with BI tools and Anaplan is highly advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and conversational English ability.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
