- Participate in defining target audiences for drive-to-store campaigns in collaboration with CRM HQ teams.
- Review and modify text and image assets before final dispatch to clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for retail teams and animate the community throughout the year.
- Assist retail teams in utilizing the clienteling application.
- Oversee the opening of seller accounts and new store assignments.
- Manage and track IT tickets related to the mobile app's functionality and update training content.
- Provide operational support to stores on data-related issues, including client data management and list extraction.
- Create reports on CRM activities using Salesforce and PowerBi.
- Monitor the stock of gifts across 11 stores and handle gift and book orders.
- Coordinate ad-hoc requests from stores, such as VIP client gifting and bespoke experiences, with the concierge service.
- Assist in organizing and executing events, including client follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor the CRM Europe budget.
- Higher education degree (Bac +4/ Bac +5) with a strong interest in CRM.
- Previous experience in CRM or client experience management.
- Dynamic and autonomous with a proactive approach.
- Strong organizational and relational skills.
- Adaptability and attention to detail.
- Interest in the luxury sector.
Entry-level position requiring initial experience in CRM or client experience management.
Higher education degree (Bac +4/ Bac +5).
