Chaumet Assistant Store Manager

1. Actively contribute to achieving the boutique's performance objectives, consistently aiming to exceed all KPIs.
2. Participate in sales and after-sales service, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, propose and implement action plans, and provide ad-hoc reporting.
4. Ensure excellence in customer experience and service by acting as a team leader on the sales floor.
5. Facilitate and streamline customer reception, optimize the customer journey, and support the team.
6. Manage disputes in accordance with the Maison's commercial policy.
7. Propose and implement customer treatment strategies in collaboration with store management and headquarters.
8. Organize and coordinate clienteling actions in collaboration with the CRM Europe team, setting an example in monitoring KPIs and ROI.
9. Coordinate Haute Joaillerie events with the Europe and Vendôme teams.
10. Create tools necessary for the development of high jewelry sales.
11. Support the development of the team through integration, training, and guidance, serving as the reference for Chaumet's application system.
12. Prepare and/or accompany team members during daily briefings.
13. Participate in store operations such as inventory, packaging organization, and supply replenishment, ensuring flawless store opening/closing operations.
14. Oversee the execution of visual merchandising, aligning with commercial objectives and Maison guidelines.
15. Manage sales advisors and interns, setting objectives, conducting regular evaluations, and proposing development plans.

1. 5-8 years of experience in retail.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Proven excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in managing sales teams.
5. Empathy and a genuine interest in team support.
6. Ability to propose and implement recommendations.
7. Strong analytical and communication skills.
8. Proficiency in computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
