Chaumet Assistant Store Manager

- Actively contribute to achieving the boutique's performance objectives, consistently aiming to exceed all KPIs.
- Participate in sales and after-sales service, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, propose and implement action plans, and provide ad-hoc reporting.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience and service by acting as a team leader on the sales floor.
- Facilitate and streamline customer reception, optimize the customer journey, and support the team.
- Manage disputes in accordance with the Maison's commercial policy.
- Propose and implement customer treatment strategies in collaboration with store management and headquarters.
- Organize and coordinate clienteling actions in collaboration with the CRM Europe team, setting an example in monitoring KPIs and ROI.
- Coordinate Haute Joaillerie events with the Europe and Vendôme teams.
- Create tools necessary for the development of high jewelry sales.
- Support the development of the team through integration, training, and guidance, serving as the reference for Chaumet's application system.
- Prepare and/or accompany team members during daily briefings.
- Participate in store operations such as inventory, packaging organization, and supply replenishment, ensuring flawless store opening/closing operations.
- Oversee the execution of visual merchandising, aligning with commercial objectives and Maison guidelines.
- Manage sales advisors and interns, setting objectives, conducting regular evaluations, and proposing development plans.
- 5-8 years of experience in retail.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proven excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing sales teams.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in team support.
- Ability to propose and implement recommendations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
