- Analyze and address quality issues reported by boutiques using dedicated tools for products with defects.
- Conduct quality control on returned items and propose diagnostics.
- Identify root causes of non-conformities and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Document and monitor incidents to ensure continuous improvement and prevent recurrence of defects through Series Life developments.
- Support markets with specific quality-related issues, such as quality charters and repair guidelines.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of projects aimed at optimizing quality processes in collaboration with local teams.
- Develop tools and communication materials to raise awareness of best quality practices among teams.
- Coordinate and execute the process of replacing High Jewelry packaging, considering logistical and commercial constraints specific to each market.
- Monitor the evolution of new packaging and ensure compliance with the Maison's standards.
- Continuously evaluate the adoption of new packaging by gathering field feedback, identifying potential issues or improvements, and proposing corrective actions if necessary.
- Enrollment in a Master's program (Bac +4/Bac +5) in engineering, business school, or university with a specialization in project management, quality, or a relevant field.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector and understanding of product quality issues.
- Meticulousness, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in English for international communication.
