1. Support the Multisourcing projects by preparing launch dossiers, ensuring availability of reference pieces, organizing quality control, and preparing launch sheets.
2. Validate manufacturing prices through analysis and negotiation of quotes.
3. Contribute to continuous improvement of projects, including visual management and project tracking enhancements.
4. Assist in project management under the guidance of the Multisourcing Manager, including supplier communication, project scheduling, and coordination with project stakeholders.
5. Update and maintain information in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
6. Monitor supplier performance using Power BI.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical, University, or Engineering/Business School disciplines.
2. Strong product sensitivity and an interest in change management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
2. Familiarity with PLM tools and SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
4. Strong organizational, dynamic, and meticulous work ethic.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong interest in jewelry and innovation.
6. High initiative and autonomy, with effective teamwork capabilities.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience.
