Chaumet Assistant Project Manager, Production Diversification

- Support the Multisourcing projects by preparing launch dossiers, ensuring availability of reference pieces, organizing quality control, and preparing launch sheets.
- Validate manufacturing prices through analysis and negotiation of quotes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of projects, including visual management and project tracking enhancements.
- Assist in project management under the guidance of the Multisourcing Manager, including supplier communication, project scheduling, and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Update and maintain information in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Monitor supplier performance using Power BI.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical, University, or Engineering/Business School disciplines.
- Strong product sensitivity and an interest in change management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with PLM tools and SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Strong organizational, dynamic, and meticulous work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong interest in jewelry and innovation.
- High initiative and autonomy, with effective teamwork capabilities.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
