Chaumet After-Sales Coordination Assistant Intern

- Coordinate after-sales service operations by collaborating with the Care operational team and interfacing with Retail and Wholesale markets as well as workshops.
- Diagnose service needs, evaluate intervention requests, and confirm diagnostics in collaboration with the quality service.
- Manage client portfolios, maintaining constant communication to update them on case progress and provide necessary technical information.
- Oversee the after-sales service portfolio, including tracking progress, preparing quotes, and ensuring case closure and billing.
- Handle special orders for watch straps and ensure compliance with after-sales procedures and service commitments.
- Ensure proper logistical flow by managing the physical and digital processing of shipments in collaboration with suppliers and stores.
- Implement transport plans and customs regulations in coordination with the import/export and logistics services.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Coordinator on monthly and general inventories, order management, and SAP-related tasks.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Commerce, Retail, Sales Administration, or Logistics is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a preference for dynamic environments.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates with relevant internship or co-op experience.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
