Chaumet After-Sales Coordination Assistant Intern

1. Coordinate after-sales service operations by collaborating with the Care operational team and interfacing with Retail and Wholesale markets as well as workshops.
2. Diagnose service needs, evaluate intervention requests, and confirm diagnostics in collaboration with the quality service.
3. Manage client portfolios, maintaining constant communication to update them on case progress and provide necessary technical information.
4. Oversee the after-sales service portfolio, including tracking progress, preparing quotes, and ensuring case closure and billing.
5. Handle special orders for watch straps and ensure compliance with after-sales procedures and service commitments.
6. Ensure proper logistical flow by managing the physical and digital processing of shipments in collaboration with suppliers and stores.
7. Implement transport plans and customs regulations in coordination with the import/export and logistics services.
8. Collaborate with the Administrative Coordinator on monthly and general inventories, order management, and SAP-related tasks.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in Commerce, Retail, Sales Administration, or Logistics is preferred.

1. Professional proficiency in English.
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
4. Detail-oriented and proactive with a preference for dynamic environments.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates with relevant internship or co-op experience.
