Chaumet Administrative Assistant in Stone Control and Logistics

- Manage daily logistical tasks with the Central Stock and General Services, including merchandise control upon receipt and before dispatch.
- Verify merchandise entries by checking certificate characteristics with matrices provided by Quality Controllers, and label certified diamonds under 2 carats.
- Handle subcontracting orders and returns, including modifications of stone characteristics and certificate scanning.
- Oversee imports and exports, managing supplier returns and tracking exceptional market shipments for presentations.
- Administer the scanning of stones into the database and manage the transfer of certificates upon receipt of finished products, ensuring transmission to the commercial team.
- Participate in rotating inventory counts.
- Fulfill team needs by managing supply orders and tracking requests for Craazi/Capex/Opex.
- Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 level degree in a generalist course (BTS, Professional License, third-year business school).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong service orientation and organizational skills.
- Recognized for reliability, rigor, and organizational capabilities.
- Proactive with a good sense of priorities and adaptability.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 level degree in a generalist course.
