Chanel Working Student — Fragrance & Beauty

- Support daily boutique operations at Breuninger Düsseldorf, including client reception, product demonstrations and personalised advice for fragrance and cosmetics.
- Assist the sales team with clienteling activities and follow-up communications to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions and assist with returns and exchanges in line with Chanel policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to Chanel standards, including shelf replenishment and seasonal display setup.
- Participate in stock management: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, label and store products accurately.
- Support in‑store promotional events, product launches and sampling initiatives alongside Breuninger and Chanel teams.
- Perform light administrative duties such as sales reporting, appointment scheduling and coordination with regional beauty management.
- Currently enrolled in a university or higher‑education programme (student status required).
- Right to work in Germany and able to comply with student hour limits for Werkstudent roles.
- Professional, polished appearance and strong client‑service ethos suited to luxury retail.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; reliable punctuality and time management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enthusiasm for fragrance and cosmetics.
- Previous retail or beauty experience desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn brand standards and sales techniques.

Entry‑level retail experience preferred; previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn brand protocols are encouraged to apply.
Enrolled tertiary student (university, Fachhochschule or equivalent); student status must be maintained for the duration of the engagement.
