1. Serve as the primary point of contact for regional Workday support, addressing inquiries and issues.
2. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent Workday configurations.
3. Manage security assignments and approvals within the time zone.
4. Prepare and communicate KPIs related to Workday support and adoption.
5. Facilitate ongoing adoption of Workday features and functionality.
6. Provide insights to global leads to enhance the Workday experience.
7. Train regional teams on new Workday features.
8. Review and assess Workday feature updates and adapt test scripts for configuration changes.
9. Assist with end-to-end testing for releases and configuration changes.
10. Oversee data accuracy and collaborate on data quality improvements.

1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Workday Analyst/Administrator with cloud SaaS HR applications.
2. At least 2 years of direct experience in Workday HCM and Absence/Time tracking configuration.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
4. Extensive knowledge of HCM processes, specifically in Compensation/Advanced Compensation.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with project and service management tools.

2. Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all organizational levels.
3. Proven decision-making skills with the ability to drive business results.
4. Highest commitment to data confidentiality.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
6. Notions of Spanish, Portuguese or French would be a plus.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Workday Analyst/Administrator with cloud SaaS HR applications, including at least 2 years of direct Workday HCM and Absence/Time tracking configuration experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
