Chanel Wholesale Operations Assistant Intern

- Coordinate and support the execution of Chanel brand initiatives at various retail locations.
- Prepare and manage schedules for quality visit teams.
- Oversee the operational execution of quality visit waves and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Update quality visit guides and grids.
- Serve as the primary contact between field teams, headquarters, and service providers.
- Analyze B2B visits and B2C interactions by zone and retailer.
- Support the management and coordination of the TWEED tool, including planning imports and exports and coordinating field team support.
- Assist in the digitalization of passage requests and dashboard management.
- Contribute to the management of B2C resources and personal allocations for wholesale and department stores.
- Participate in the development of analyses and presentations for sales force seminars.
- Manage the distribution of experiential tools to field teams.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (equivalent to BAC+4/ BAC+5) with a strong interest in field operations and a solid understanding of the Parfums Beauté sector.
- Dynamic and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
No specific prior experience required, but an understanding of the luxury beauty sector is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree equivalent to BAC+4/ BAC+5.
Interns will benefit from an integration program including training on Chanel's history and products, opportunities to deepen retail knowledge, and develop communication skills across various European services.
