- Analyze the commercial performance of the Wholesale Parfums Beauté sector in France.
- Consolidate sell-out databases for all clients and sell-in data for independent clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Develop comprehensive tracking analyses for sell-out and sell-in activities.
- Construct and update the end-of-year discount framework to manage independent business operations.
- Identify and propose action plans to optimize performance.
- Provide targeted analyses to enhance strategic network considerations.
- Prepare presentation materials for various wholesale sharing forums.
- Coordinate with Circana for the delivery of sell-out data by zone.
- Develop effective tracking and reporting tools for wholesale teams in collaboration with IT teams and support their adoption and use.
- Collaborate with Zone Managers to define and regularly monitor quantitative objectives for field teams.
- Implement and monitor incentives for non-executive staff.
- Ensure accurate calculation of bonuses for non-executive field teams and coordinate with HR teams.
- Communicate monthly performance data to field and headquarters teams.
- Contribute to the performance section of weekly newsletters for field teams.
- Supervise and support a trainee in their development and tasks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within commercial teams or operational marketing.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in commercial or operational marketing teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
