- Deliver personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth customers through proactive clienteling and VIP outreach.
- Present, demonstrate and position watches and high jewellery pieces with expert product knowledge, highlighting provenance, craftsmanship and technical details.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall store performance and commercial initiatives.
- Manage appointments, follow-ups and CRM records to ensure accurate client profiles and opportunity pipelines.
- Coordinate stock control, merchandising and display standards for watch and high-jewellery assortments, ensuring compliance with brand visual directives.
- Support boutique events, private viewings and trunk shows; liaise with after-sales and repair teams to ensure exceptional post-sale care.
- Adhere to security, loss-prevention and inventory reconciliation procedures specific to high-value merchandise.
- Minimum 2–3 years of frontline experience in luxury watch or high-jewellery sales, preferably within an international maison or authorised retailer.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value transactions.
- Fluent Mandarin; professional working proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, discretion and a client-focused demeanour when interacting with VIP clientele.
- Eligibility to work in China and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Horology and high-jewellery product knowledge
- Clienteling and VIP relationship management
- CRM usage (Salesforce or proprietary retail CRM)
- Point-of-sale (POS) operations and cash handling for high-value sales
- Visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Typically requires 2–4 years of direct luxury retail experience specialising in watches or high jewellery, with demonstrable success serving affluent clients and closing high-value sales.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or specialised training in luxury retail, jewellery, or horology preferred.
