1. Deliver exceptional, consultative client service to cultivate long-term relationships, maintain clienteling activities and grow a personal book of business.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert presentation, cross-selling and closing techniques tailored to watches and fine jewelry.
3. Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of mechanical and quartz timepieces, gemology, metals and haute joaillerie collections; translate technical detail into compelling client narratives.
4. Manage all aspects of the sales transaction lifecycle including appointments, quotations, order processing, invoicing and after-sales follow-up.
5. Coordinate with After-Sales/Service teams on watch servicing, warranty matters and jewelry maintenance to ensure continuity of client care.
6. Support merchandising and visual standards for the watches and fine jewelry floor; contribute to window displays, product rotation and inventory presentation.
7. Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular inventory reconciliations and ensure adherence to security and loss-prevention protocols.
8. Represent the brand at private client events, trunk shows and VIP appointments; liaise with CRM to log interactions and manage follow-ups.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches and/or fine jewelry.
2. Deep technical understanding of horology, gemstones and precious metals; formal gemological or watchmaking credentials (e.g., GIA, WOSTEP) preferred.
3. Demonstrable ability to build and retain a high-value client portfolio through active prospecting and relationship management.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and professional discretion.
5. Strong numeracy, attention to detail and experience handling high-value transactions with integrity.
6. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and to travel occasionally for events or client appointments.
