- Deliver a consistently elevated client experience for watches and fine jewellery clientele, tailoring service to high-net-worth and VIP customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and personalised follow-up.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge in horology and gemology to advise on technical specifications, provenance and care.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to store performance metrics and KPIs.
- Execute merchandising and presentation standards for watches and jewellery, ensuring displays reflect brand aesthetics and security protocols.
- Manage stock integrity and inventory processes, including receipts, transfers and exception reporting with strict adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with boutique management, regional teams and after-sales service to ensure seamless client journeys for repairs, warranties and bespoke requests.
- Represent the brand at private client events, trunk shows and appointments, cultivating new business and referrals.
- Proven experience in high-end watches or fine jewellery sales, preferably within a luxury maison or boutique environment.
- Deep familiarity with horological terminology and gemological concepts; formal training or certifications are advantageous.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing relationships with affluent clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional presence appropriate for private client interactions.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy in handling high-value transactions and reconciliations.
