1. Drive Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) sales through cross-selling and upselling techniques to achieve business objectives.
2. Cultivate a deep understanding of clients to enhance engagement and build enduring relationships.
3. Collaborate with WFJ and Fashion boutique teams to secure client appointments and enhance client retention.
4. Maintain exemplary service standards, including after-sales support, exchanges, and returns.
5. Provide client insights to boutique and WFJ management to inform strategic actions.
6. Offer feedback on product assortment and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure impactful displays.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with international WFJ brands.
2. Strong knowledge of WFJ collections, including technical knowledge and basic alteration skills.
3. Familiarity with the WFJ competitive landscape and trends.

1. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
2. Team-oriented with a commercial mindset.
3. Sophisticated and refined personality.
4. Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

At least 3 years of sales experience in the Watches & Fine Jewelry sector, preferably with international brands.
