Chanel Watches & Fine Jewellery Technician

- Perform in-house quality control and repair services for Chanel watches and fine jewellery.
- Conduct quality control inspections for all watches and fine jewellery, including existing stock, consignment, new shipments, and client pieces upon request.
- Execute watch repairs, including timepiece diagnostics and after-sales service assessments, and prepare service proposals in alignment with professional standards.
- Perform fine jewellery repairs, including engraving, cleaning, shining, and polishing services, diagnosing functional issues, and recommending services in accordance with professional standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of equipment required for repair tasks and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal functioning, reporting any issues promptly.
- Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding product quality and functionality.
- Conduct demonstrations and deliver basic training to boutique staff on watch and fine jewellery repair processes.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality repairs in accordance with service level agreements.
- Possess Level 3 Watch Repair Technical Skills
- Diploma/WOSTEP Professional Certificates and above
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in IT systems with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and channels
- Passion for the world of watchmaking and continual learning within the industry
Proven competency with a minimum of five years of experience in watch repairs and fine jewellery services.
