Chanel Watches & Fine Jewellery Technician

1. Perform in-house quality control and repair services for Chanel watches and fine jewellery.
2. Conduct quality control inspections for all watches and fine jewellery, including existing stock, consignment, new shipments, and client pieces upon request.
3. Execute watch repairs, including timepiece diagnostics and after-sales service assessments, and prepare service proposals in alignment with professional standards.
4. Perform fine jewellery repairs, including engraving, cleaning, shining, and polishing services, diagnosing functional issues, and recommending services in accordance with professional standards.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of equipment required for repair tasks and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal functioning, reporting any issues promptly.
6. Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding product quality and functionality.
7. Conduct demonstrations and deliver basic training to boutique staff on watch and fine jewellery repair processes.
8. Monitor KPIs to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality repairs in accordance with service level agreements.

1. Possess Level 3 Watch Repair Technical Skills
2. Diploma/WOSTEP Professional Certificates and above

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Proficient in IT systems with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and channels
3. Passion for the world of watchmaking and continual learning within the industry

Proven competency with a minimum of five years of experience in watch repairs and fine jewellery services.

Diploma/WOSTEP Professional Certificates and above
