1. Maintain strong client relationships by managing internal and external inquiries via telephone and email.
2. Collaborate with Watches and Fine Jewellery (W&FJ) Boutique Management and Sales Specialists to enhance client experience.
3. Support the boutique sales floor, including welcoming clients, wrapping, aftersales follow-up, and presenting new collections.
4. Lead quality control and inspection of all incoming merchandise, ensuring adherence to Chanel's high standards.
5. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, price changes, reticketing, and year-end inventory processes.
6. Manage documentation and procedures for international deliveries and domestic allocations/transfers.
7. Communicate with clients and team members regarding repairs and after-sales services.
8. Maintain document retention and oversee compliance with Chanel's Standard Operating Procedures.
9. Ensure adequate stock of boutique supplies and maintain a clean and organized boutique environment.
10. Respond to inter-boutique transfer requests and manage boutique invoices through the internal COUPA system.
11. Support the Operations Manager and W&FJ Manager in achieving operational objectives and participate in professional development activities.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or stock management, preferably with Watches and Fine Jewellery.
2. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
3. Passion for watches and gemstones.
4. Customer experience oriented with excellent organizational skills.
