Chanel Watches & Fine Jewellery Stock & Logistics Assistant

- Maintain strong client relationships by managing internal and external inquiries via telephone and email.
- Collaborate with Watches and Fine Jewellery (W&FJ) Boutique Management and Sales Specialists to enhance client experience.
- Support the boutique sales floor, including welcoming clients, wrapping, aftersales follow-up, and presenting new collections.
- Lead quality control and inspection of all incoming merchandise, ensuring adherence to Chanel's high standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, price changes, reticketing, and year-end inventory processes.
- Manage documentation and procedures for international deliveries and domestic allocations/transfers.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding repairs and after-sales services.
- Maintain document retention and oversee compliance with Chanel's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure adequate stock of boutique supplies and maintain a clean and organized boutique environment.
- Respond to inter-boutique transfer requests and manage boutique invoices through the internal COUPA system.
- Support the Operations Manager and W&FJ Manager in achieving operational objectives and participate in professional development activities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or stock management, preferably with Watches and Fine Jewellery.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Passion for watches and gemstones.
- Customer experience oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and logistics processes.
A minimum of 3-5 years in retail operations or stock management, with experience in Watches and Fine Jewellery considered an asset.
