Chanel Watches & Fine Jewellery Sales Manager

- Manage and lead a team of Watches & Fine Jewellery (WFJ) Sales Assistants, ensuring alignment with Chanel's brand image and strategy.
- Support and develop the team to enhance customer experience and achieve boutique success through both quantitative and qualitative measures.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Fashion Management to enhance the client journey and promote collaboration.
- Drive WFJ business activities, contributing to the development and implementation of the boutique's overall business strategy.
- Monitor business indicators and collaborate with various managers to create and implement effective business action plans.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager and CRM team to implement clienteling strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure product line visibility in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
- Act as a key decision-maker in WFJ activities in the absence of the Boutique Director.
- Build relationships within the retail community to gain competitor insights and communicate key information to the Boutique Director.
- Oversee compliance with boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
- Propose suggestions to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- More than 5 years of experience in boutique or department management within a luxury retail environment, preferably in Watches & Jewellery.
- Analytical skills and result orientation.
- Natural leadership and solid managerial skills.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Great knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and ability to assess local market opportunities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or Russian is advantageous.
Over 5 years of experience in managing luxury retail boutiques or departments, with a focus on Watches & Jewellery.
