- Deliver exemplary personalised service to private and walk-in clients, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate watches and fine jewellery with authoritative product knowledge, including materials, gemology and horology specifics.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Manage client appointments, maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate bespoke requests, reservations and bespoke orders.
- Oversee stock handling and merchandising for the watches and jewellery floor: replenishment, display standards and compliance with loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with after-sales, repair and atelier teams to ensure seamless service for warranty, polishing and movement servicing.
- Represent the brand at client events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, supporting boutique marketing initiatives and private sales.
- Prepare concise sales reports and contribute market feedback to inform assortment, pricing and promotional activity.
- Proven sales experience in luxury watches and/or high jewellery, with demonstrable results in client acquisition and retention.
- Deep product knowledge or demonstrable willingness to develop horology and gemological expertise.
- Impeccable presentation, polished communication skills and a client-centric demeanour suited to a high‑end luxury environment.
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy with CRM and appointment management, and comfort handling high-value inventory.
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Typically 2–4 years of directly relevant experience in luxury watchmaking or high-jewellery retail, or equivalent client-facing roles within prestige maisons.
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in retail, luxury brand management, gemology or a related discipline preferred.
