4. Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives to promote collections within the Fashion boutique.
5. Share the rich history of Chanel, emphasizing the heritage of the Watch and Jewelry collections.
6. Drive personal and collective sales performance by setting and achieving objectives for the Watch and Jewelry segment.
7. Facilitate cross-selling opportunities by recommending Fashion pieces alongside Watch and Jewelry items.
8. Maintain responsibility for client files and loyalty to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
9. Collaborate closely with the Vendôme boutique to synergize sales of high-end pieces.
10. Ensure effective communication and collaboration regarding Watch and Jewelry products with all boutique departments.
11. Support sales teams in achieving collective Watch and Jewelry objectives.
12. Organize and lead key events and workshops to engage teams and promote the Watch and Jewelry culture.
