Chanel VM & Events Allocation Coordinator

- Monitor and update event and reopening schedules throughout the year.
- Collect initial collection needs and key pieces during buying sessions for window displays and events.
- Analyze market orders and coordinate between VM & Events teams and the Supply Chain.
- Analyze schedule updates, coordinate with VM & Events teams, and identify alternative pieces based on delivery capabilities.
- Ensure proper allocation rules are set and followed for collection launches, coordinating with distribution centers and market coordination teams.
- Act as a liaison between VM & Events teams and the Supply Chain to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
- Develop and manage dashboards for VM and event monitoring, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Contribute to the evolution of planning and allocation tools for VM and events.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product merchandising, retail, supply chain, S&OP, finance, or consulting.
- Proven experience in direct management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and Agile methodology is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to different stakeholders and deliverables.
Minimum of 3 years in relevant fields such as merchandising, retail, supply chain, or finance, with direct management experience.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, engineering, or related field.
