- Plan and update the visual merchandising calendar in alignment with fashion and beauty priorities.
- Develop visual merchandising strategies for boutiques and wholesale locations based on global brand guidelines, including niche displays, windows, video content, and product fixtures.
- Adapt visual merchandising structures for local market activations.
- Utilize ERP systems, Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and SketchUp for visual development and management.
- Manage visual merchandising materials, including forecasting, importation, and local inventory control.
- Oversee department budget management, planning, and approval processes.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with store teams to support sales objectives through organization, aesthetics, and visual consistency with brand identity.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with boutiques to ensure visual merchandising maintenance and identify development opportunities.
- Enhance product display functionality to improve customer experience at points of sale.
- Coordinate monthly business travel across various states.
- Manage external suppliers and develop new supplier relationships.
- Degree in Marketing, Events, Advertising, or Communications preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Good creative judgment.
- Ability to react swiftly to changes.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative skills for working with diverse internal teams.
Experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion or beauty industry is required.
Preferably a degree in Marketing, Events, Advertising, or Communications.
