Chanel Visual Merchandising Specialist

- Oversee the coordination of all visual merchandising standards within the boutique during operational hours and events.
- Supervise the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines, including window installations and the setup of fixtures, selling tools, and mannequins.
- Communicate and oversee visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Boutique Management teams to ensure merchandise initiatives are maintained and business needs are met.
- Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements in conjunction with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
- Ensure windows and selling floors are regularly merchandised following visual merchandising guidelines.
- Capture photographs of the boutique after floor and window sets, updating them in Dropbox for maintenance and submission to the Global Image Team.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects and delivering timely results.
- Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or a comparable Art/Fashion-related course of study.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably with a luxury brand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, and visual display.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Proficiency in digital photography and using phone applications for project execution.
- Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
A minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably with a luxury brand.
Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or a comparable Art/Fashion-related course of study.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400 to $75,000, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
