Chanel Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Implement and optimize the international merchandising strategy for Eastern Europe markets, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and enhancing customer experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the Visual Merchandising of boutiques through photo reports and regular visits, ensuring adherence to guidelines and exceeding VM standards.
- Integrate commercial strategies into visual merchandising while adhering to established guidelines, focusing on cross-merchandising and stock optimization.
- Coordinate innovative merchandising projects and oversee their implementation in collaboration with management, sales, international merchandising teams, and trading partners.
- Continuously optimize channel-specific visual merchandising guidelines and manage the conception and implementation of assortment updates at POS.
- Plan strategically and manage forecasting and orders in close coordination with the supply chain.
- Oversee the merchandising budget in consultation with the Marketing Manager for Fashion & Beauty.
- Monitor and analyze competition, communicating current trends at POS to partner departments and international headquarters.
- Develop competencies of Wholesale and Retail sales teams in visual merchandising through training and coaching at sales points.
- Conduct regular visits to sales points of partners and Chanel's own boutiques.
- Relevant professional experience in visual merchandising within the luxury beauty sector.
- Knowledge of interior design or shopfitting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels and across cultures.
- Natural affinity for luxury brands and strong brand management awareness.
- Strong understanding of corporate design and brand standards.
- Proficient negotiation and communication skills, coupled with analytical competence.
