- Develop regional visual merchandising guidelines for each campaign, focusing on creating locally relevant assets, particularly in the UAE.
- Coordinate with suppliers on the production of visual merchandising campaigns according to the established calendar, ensuring adherence to Chanel's quality standards.
- Ensure consistent application of visual merchandising guidelines across all stakeholders, monitoring installation timelines with suppliers.
- Create 3-axis planograms with a focus on makeup challenges.
- Order and recommend high-resolution visuals and movies for campaigns, ensuring local teams have the necessary color proofs and approved visuals adapted to their markets.
- Collaborate closely with local teams to address all visual merchandising needs, including visuals, decorative elements, and shipments.
- Conduct regular store visits in the UAE and other markets to ensure brand image consistency and address any discrepancies.
- Provide forecast recommendations for each campaign and update local teams on any changes.
- Manage budgets and prepare for budget meetings.
- Create visual merchandising reports after each campaign.
- Animate the visual merchandising community through various communication tools such as newsletters, trainings, and key information dissemination.
- Support boutiques in their visual merchandising needs and assist the Merchandising Manager on permanent projects.
- First successful experience in visual merchandising or operational marketing, preferably in the Middle East.
- Detail-oriented and creative with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and dynamic with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with local teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
A minimum of one year of experience in visual merchandising or operational marketing, ideally within the Middle East region.
