Chanel Visual Merchandising Associate

- Maintain the brand image in the boutique to elevate the client experience and facilitate the selling process.
- Expedite the selling process by assisting Fashion Advisors with mannequin changes, item replenishment, and display substitutions.
- Serve as the point of contact for the store in the absence of the Visual Merchandising Lead.
- Support operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
- Update digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance.
- Keep documentation of window items current for the selling team's reference.
- Assist in the implementation of events, sales, seasonal installations, and corporate initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
- Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
- Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Ability to work on a ladder and lift 30-40 lbs.
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail operations is required.
Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.70 to $28.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
