1. Maintain the brand image in the boutique to elevate the client experience and facilitate the selling process.
2. Expedite the selling process by assisting Fashion Advisors with mannequin changes, item replenishment, and display substitutions.
3. Serve as the point of contact for the store in the absence of the Visual Merchandising Lead.
4. Support operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
5. Update digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance.
6. Keep documentation of window items current for the selling team's reference.
7. Assist in the implementation of events, sales, seasonal installations, and corporate initiatives.
8. Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
9. Work independently with minimal supervision.

1. Minimum of 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
2. Basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
3. Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
4. Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Ability to work on a ladder and lift 30-40 lbs.
6. Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail operations is required.

Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.70 to $28.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
