1. Ensure displays and windows consistently adhere to brand guidelines through daily oversight, making adjustments as necessary.
2. Collaborate with the VM team on the preparation and execution of in-store scenography rotations.
3. Participate in in-store rotations and window decor changes.
4. Ensure product labeling aligns with visual standards.
5. Communicate display zone changes to sales teams when needed.
6. Support sales optimization by addressing boutique team needs.
7. Engage proactively with the VM team to share updates and requests from floor managers.
8. Assist in the setup of VM animations within the boutique.
9. Manage price display and participate in VM stock organization, inventory, and tool delivery tracking.
10. Apply visual merchandising principles across all product lines to maintain brand image.

1. Higher education degree with experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, and/or sales.

1. Strong fashion acumen and creativity with a keen visual sensitivity and attention to detail.
2. Ability to concentrate, maintain discretion, and handle stress effectively.
3. Initiative, precision, and adaptability are crucial.
4. Teamwork skills, empathy, and adaptability to work environment.

Previous experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, or sales is required.

Higher education degree required.
