1. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with company guidelines across Vancouver and Calgary boutiques.
2. Support promotional activities, including site, window, and special event displays.
3. Communicate effectively at various levels, both internally and externally, to ensure brand cohesion and address visual merchandising queries.
4. Provide feedback to the Fashion Director and Boutique Managers to enhance visual merchandising presentations.
5. Implement designs and plans from the Paris Image Department, involving manual tasks such as lifting and climbing ladders.
6. Ensure consistent brand image through photographing and documenting boutique displays for distribution.
7. Offer exceptional customer service by assisting clients and providing visual merchandising guidance to store teams.
8. Adhere to Health & Safety and Security procedures while maintaining company property.
9. Participate in training and personal development to uphold high standards and contribute to team meetings.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in visual merchandising.
2. Ability to multitask and manage workload across several projects under pressure.
3. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
4. High attention to detail and creativity.
5. Project management experience is an asset.

A minimum of 3 years in a visual merchandising capacity, with experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Competitive base salary: $65,000-70,000 CAD annually.
