4. Organize and deliver regular training sessions for boutique staff, enhancing their understanding and execution of visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Regularly update boutique displays via photographs on the IWD platform and prepare notes for upcoming visual merchandising projects.
6. Identify and develop in-boutique visual merchandising talent, providing ongoing support, training, and animation.
7. Lead the regular rotation of displays within Chanel and MOI spaces.
