1. Maintain the brand image in the boutique, ensuring an elevated client experience.
2. Support operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
3. Update digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance.
4. Maintain boutique image standards and documentation of window items for the selling team's reference.
5. Assist in the implementation of events, sales, seasonal installs, and corporate events.
6. Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
7. Participate and collaborate in digital meetings.
8. Work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Adapt to various day and night schedules.

1. Minimum 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.

3. Excellent communication skills.

5. Basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
6. Experience in basic computer software and digital photography.
