Chanel Treasury Specialist

- Coordinate payment execution in accordance with control and segregation of duties principles.
- Participate in monthly netting cycles and manage local banking relationships, including guarantees.
- Support boutiques with technical payment devices and ensure accurate treasury recording of loans, investments, and cash positions.
- Manage credit cards and bank integrations, serving as the cash procedure referent and providing training to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare monthly direct cash flow forecasts in collaboration with controllers, CAPEX, and accounting teams.
- Manage dividends and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Group standards.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliation, monthly netting, pooling, and interest management.
- Engage with Regional and Global Treasury teams to ensure alignment and contribute to local project implementations.
- Prepare transfer pricing information and support declarations to Banco de España, Banco de Portugal, and AEAT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance within an international organization.
- Big Four or audit background is a plus.
- Specialized treasury experience and knowledge of cash management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and third parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software (preferably D365; SAP or Oracle also accepted).
- Knowledge of REVAL (TMS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese and French are advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance within an international organization, with specialized treasury experience being a strong asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
