Chanel Travel Retail Sales Manager

- Conduct regular visits to travel retail points of sale to ensure brand image and merchandising standards are upheld.
- Maintain and update the online POS database with relevant information, including images and competitive analysis.
- Foster strong relationships with shop managers and Chanel Beauty Advisors (BAs).
- Monitor stock levels and suggest re-orders to maintain optimal inventory.
- Verify the implementation of marketing plans and new product launches.
- Compile and submit regular reports to Paris headquarters, including competitor analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the execution of promotional activities, ensuring coordination of temporary staff and stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Project Manager on promotional planning and execution.
- Act as a liaison between BAS teams and Paris headquarters for business activity communication.
- Coordinate team planning, including managing sick leaves, holidays, and training schedules.
- Organize local seminars and training sessions for Chanel BAs in collaboration with the Training Department in Paris.
- Manage orders for testers, uniforms, and other necessary materials.
- Analyze key business performance indicators and make strategic recommendations.
- Define and achieve sales targets in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of brand image and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field, with a focus on luxury brands.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
