Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert fragrance consultations to clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Chanel's fragrance portfolio and history.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the fragrance department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Harrods team to ensure the Chanel brand is represented to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in fragrance or beauty.
- Strong understanding of fragrance compositions and olfactory families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on fragrance or beauty products.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in beauty or fragrance are advantageous.
