- Cultivate and maintain robust business partnerships with local buyers and store management teams.
- Monitor and communicate stock levels of new and regular assortments across all retail locations.
- Analyze key business performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to define and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to points of sale to ensure brand guidelines and visibility standards are met.
- Coordinate with the Paris team to execute brand animations and enhance permanent point of sale displays.
- Monitor competitive activities and the retail environment in airports and shops.
- Support and engage the team of Beauty Advisors, including recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation.
- Ensure optimal coverage and efficiency of Beauty Consultants in alignment with budget proposals.
- Coordinate training plans with the Travel Retail Training Manager and Local Training Department.
- Foster synergies with local affiliates and maintain regular business exchanges.
- Proven ability to collaborate with local and export teams.
- Sales-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in building effective business relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the perfume and cosmetics category.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and accountability.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and propose solutions.
- Willingness to work in the field and develop team spirit among Beauty Consultants.
- Open-mindedness with a willingness to learn, teach, and adapt.
- Goal-setting and planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and German is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Significant experience in sales management within the luxury retail sector, particularly in travel retail environments.
