- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for each client and market in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, retail managers, and partners.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal availability of products across all points of sale.
- Track and analyze key business performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
- Protect and strengthen brand leadership and maintain top rankings within assigned travel retail markets.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets in alignment with regional expectations.
- Conduct novelties forecasts analysis and input.
- Monitor commercial expenses and ensure budget adherence.
- Regularly visit points of sale to ensure brand guidelines and standards are implemented.
- Ensure premium brand visibility through flawless execution of brand animations and retail standards.
- Analyze competitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage a diverse team of Beauty Consultants, providing leadership and guidance.
- Recruit and train new Beauty Consultants, ensuring readiness for trade activations and sales objectives.
- Partner with the Travel Retail field coach and learning department for ongoing training and development.
- Organize onboarding sessions, local learning events, and travel retail conventions.
- Monitor team expenses to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; fluency in French is a plus.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build efficient and impactful business relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the fragrances & beauty industry, particularly in travel retail.
- Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.
- Hands-on approach with willingness to spend significant time in the field.
- Ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in sales management within the luxury beauty or travel retail sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
