Chanel Transformation & Operations Assistant — Product, Marketing & Communications (Perfumes & Beauty)

- Support transformation and operational projects across Product, Marketing and Communications for the Perfumes & Beauty division, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional project plans, timelines and deliverables between product development, marketing, retail, supply chain and external agencies.
- Collect, analyse and visualise operational KPIs and project data to track progress, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
- Map and optimise end‑to‑end processes, contribute to standardisation efforts and document new operating procedures.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, stakeholder reports and executive summaries for project reviews and governance.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches and marketing initiatives, including vendor and agency coordination.
- Facilitate meetings, capture decisions and follow up on action items to maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery.
- Support change management activities and internal communications related to transformation initiatives.
- Enrolment in a higher‑education programme compatible with a French alternance/work‑study contract (Bachelor’s or Master’s level in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent).
- Availability to begin the work‑study placement in September 2026 and to commit for the full alternance period.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to synthesise data into actionable insights and clear deliverables.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder projects or campaigns.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to produce polished presentations for senior stakeholders.

Previous internship(s) or first professional experience in product, marketing, operations or consulting is preferred; demonstrable exposure to cross‑functional project work and stakeholder coordination.
Currently enrolled in or accepted to a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) qualifying for an alternance/work‑study arrangement; disciplines such as business, marketing, management, engineering or related fields are preferred.
