1. Develop and manage in-person and digital training programs for the Retail Learning team in Switzerland.
2. Organize and execute events and training sessions focused on Chanel's brand and product offerings.
3. Create and manage e-learning applications, including event creation, user management, and content adaptation.
4. Produce local content such as videos and photographs for training purposes.
5. Monitor key performance indicators and develop dashboards to track training effectiveness.
6. Coordinate training schedules and communicate dates to clients.
7. Manage project books, including translation, updates, quotes, and printing.
8. Prepare training venues, including materials, gifts, and decorations.
9. Organize participant logistics, including travel, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
10. Support the organization of various events, including live sessions and visibility tools.
11. Assist with the management of sales force uniforms.
12. Collect and analyze market information for forecasts and analyses.

1. Currently enrolled in higher education, seeking a responsible internship opportunity.
2. Demonstrated interest in the luxury beauty and fragrance industry.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
5. Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Autonomous and proactive with an adaptable nature.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
4. Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
